CardsPayoff

About CardsPayoff

CardsPayoff started from a simple frustration: every credit card payoff calculator we tried made you choose a method before showing you any numbers. You'd pick "Avalanche" or "Snowball" up front, run the calculator, and never actually see how the other method would have played out for your specific cards.

We wanted a tool that just computes both at once and shows the real tradeoff — sometimes Avalanche saves you more in interest, sometimes Snowball gets you a debt-free date that's close enough while giving you faster psychological wins as individual cards disappear. That's a decision you should be able to make with real numbers in front of you, not a guess.

This site is free to use, has no account system, and doesn't store your financial information anywhere — every calculation runs entirely in your browser. We built it because we thought it should exist, and because a genuinely useful, fast, well-designed version of this tool didn't seem to exist yet.
